Launching Our Exclusive & Limited Edition Collection
We are delighted to launch our collaboration with ethical British knitwear brand FUND. Each jumper is designed with unique and meaningful statements inspired by famous quotes and phrases. The ultra soft jumpers are designed to feel good and do good, This range is available in limited numbers and will be sold exclusively here at bottega. Spot our signature orange lettering throughout the collection, because orange is the happiest colour after all.
A small company founded by Rachael Howard, pictured below, is making a big difference. FUND provide 100 school meals with every jumper purchased along with acting sustainably at every stage within the supply chain. Their charity donations help reduce poverty and inequality for children in 26 countries across the world.
The high quality sustainable yarn is dyed in a small traditional Scottish mill using recycled water from the local loch and plant-based dyes. The unique wool embroidery technique requires no synthetic backing and is hand finished in Cornwall. We adore the recyclable and plastic free packaging which is locally produced in Cornwall by a small supplier.
Team bottega have been working hard behind the scenes collaborating with Rachael Howard on our own designs. With her help we have been able to create a range of knitwear we are proud to launch at bottega. Below is one of our design ideas that we sent over to Rachael and her team. We wanted a design that was unique and represented how we feel about bottega.
This collection is totally unique, the thread and colour combinations are all new and only available within our collection. We were very specific with our colour choices and Rachael had to source specific thread for us. It was important for us that the range have our brand identity within the designs too so we decided to add our signature orange stamp on each statement. This was totally new to FUND and Rachael Howard was so supportive in allowing us to be creative.
After many meetings and design tweaks, our range of limited edition styles are ready to be shared with our community and beyond. We hope you love the collection as much as we do! Remember, in a world full of copies, be an original.
