If you’re unsatisfied with your online purchase, you can return the product to us within 14 days for an exchange or full refund if the item meets our unused standards.
Simply visit https://bottega.shipping-portal.com/rp/ to get started. You will need your order number and postcode to start your return.
If the link does not work for you then please mail your product to: 67 High Street Tarporley GB CW6 0DP. If you are shipping an item over £50.00 please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in order to ensure that your returned item reaches us without issue.
Please note Bottega are not liable for goods that do not arrive. Therefore, please ensure you obtain proof of postage from your chosen postal or courier service. You’ll be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Please note: Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Once a refund has been issued, you will receive an email notification to let you know your refund has been issued. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to reach your account.
If you’re unsatisfied with a product you’ve bought in store, you can return the product to us within 14 days for an exchange or credit note (valid for 6 months), if the item meets our unused standards
If any item you purchase from Bottega is faulty, you have the right to reject the goods and have them replaced or refunded within 30 days. If the fault occurs within 6 months of purchase, you have the right to claim a free repair or replacement.
