What is the return policy?

We hope you are delighted with your order, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you can return a product to us within 14 days for an exchange or full refund if the item meets our unused standards.

Please note: returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, all tags must be included.

How do I return an unwanted item? 

Returns with Bottega are simple. Please visit https://bottega.shipping-portal.com/rp/ and input your order number and postcode to get started.

Please note Bottega are not liable for goods that do not arrive. Therefore, please ensure you obtain proof of postage from your chosen postal or courier service. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Our Bottega community is worldwide so we offer worldwide shipping! We offer a range of shipping options too, so hopefully you will find a shipping method that works for you. We know sometimes you need an order ASAP, so we offer guaranteed next day delivery including a Saturday delivery, generic first class, click & collect from Bottega HQ and local curb side pick-up.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Bottega is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.

When will I receive my order? 

Your order will be lovingly picked and packed by one of our dedicated team members within 24 hours. Dependent upon the shipping option you have selected our standard, first class signed for option will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days. 

What would I do if I never received my order?

In the unlikely event you do not receive your order please contact us via hello@bottega.co.uk and will do our very best to track your parcel down, as all orders sent from Bottega HQ will have a traceable tracking number. 

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

If any item you purchase from Bottega is faulty, you have the right to reject the goods and have them replaced or refunded within 30 days. If the fault occurs within 6 months of purchase, you have the right to claim a free repair or replacement.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed? 

Once your order has been fulfilled changes are unable to be made, as your order will be in transit to you. If you have not received a fulfilment notification please contact us we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

How is the product made?

Where do the materials come from? All products listed on our website will include a product composition, and where possible a place of origin. If you see an item which does not have this information included please contact us and we will be happy to find the details for you.  

How do I make sure I order the right size?

If you are unsure on sizing, and our size guide hasn’t helped you, please contact us or chat with us on live chat during operating hours.

How long will it take for my refund to reach my account?

We try and act fast when it comes to returns at Bottega. Once a refund has been issued, you will receive an email notification to let you know your refund has been issued. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to reach your account. We aim to process refund within 24 hours of receiving the item. 

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

We offer a bespoke luxury gift-wrapping service in-store and online. Your order will be wrapped in our signature orange tissue paper and sprayed with a beautiful perfume by The Saltworks Company. Your lovingly wrapped item with then be neatly wrapped in our bespoke wrapping paper by Bridie Hall and finished with our signature orange ribbon. We now have an option for you to select one of our cards to your order, you can insert your chosen message and we can personalise your order further!
