Online Returns
If you’re unsatisfied with a product you’ve received from bottega.co.uk, you can return the product to us within 14 days for an exchange or full refund if the item meets our unused standards*
Simply return your unused product with original tags attached, together with the packing slip you receive with your order (or with a note of your order number so we can identify you) to:

Please note Bottega are not liable for goods that do not arrive. Therefore, please ensure you obtain proof of postage from your chosen postal or courier service. You’ll be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
*returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Once a refund has been issued, you will receive an email notification to let you know your refund has been issued. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to reach your account.
Faulty
If any item you purchase from Bottega is faulty, you have the right to reject the goods and have them replaced or refunded within 30 days. If the fault occurs within 6 months of purchase, you have the right to claim a free repair or replacement.
